| How do I register? |

| I have registered my child, what do I do now? | 1. If it is your child's first year, make sure you have a legal county birth certificate ready to photo copy and turn in by 1st day of practice. No Hospital certificates will be accepted. 2. Make sure you have the physical ready to turn in by 1st day of practice 3. Balance will be due by day of practice. |
| When do I bring the final payment, Physicals and (copy) of Birth Certificate? |
Final payment can be made online or brought to our first day of practice |
| What if I don't have a Birth Certificate? | A photo copy of birth certificate is required to participate This pertains to Cheer and Football. Mascots do not need birth certificate proof. Retrieve the birth certificate from the county recorders office your child was born in. Some may be available to order online. Do it now, because it may take time to receive it. *1st year players must have a photo copy of their Birth Cert. Last years player, we may use last years player card, no need for birth certificate. (Unless you played for another association) |
| Where do I get a physical done? | You can make an appointment with either your personal physician or you may go to a local med clinic for physicals * Walk in by Target on Douglas-$40 (Physicals must be dated AFTER April 15th, 2012) Physician form is ok. |
| Is there a form for Physicals? | Your physician may write it on a prescription pad that states your child is "eligible to play contact football" or can Cheer and stamped by that office. We also have a form available online for your convenience. Coming Soon AFTER April 15th, 2012) |
| What if I can't make it to the first week July 16th? | This just means your child will be behind on any instruction given the first week. |
| When does practice start? | Jr. Tiger P.A.W.S. week starts July 16th-19th- 6-8:30-4 days per week until our first game-than 3 days per week there after until playoffs than back to 4 days-Mon-Thurs (4days) Tues-Thurs (3days) |
| What time is practice? | Starting 6-8:30pm until daylight savings time than start time may be 5pm or 5:30 |
| What if I can't get my child there on time? | Make arrangements with coach or other parents that you may live by you to be there on time. Attendance and being on time is very important to be apart of the team |
| What does my child need to bring to practices? | Water Jug-Lot's of water/practice gear only. No game pants or Game Jerseys allowed at practice. |
| What to wear for 1st week July 16th? | Practice Jersey, shorts, cleats |
| When will my child receive football equipment and uniforms? | When all fees are paid in full-flyer will be sent to player-usually 2nd week of practice |
| Are there fundraisers to do? | A $75 buyout is included in your $325 registration. Fundraising is a must for programs like this, but we as families are in indated with many fundraisers from schools to church. 2012 we are doing a buyout to aleviate the demand. | As a parent will I have to volunteer my time? | Each parent is required to volunteer at some point during the season. This program is solely run by volunteers. Your team mom will have a schedule. If you cannot do your scheduled time, then you must find someone to replace you . Cheer-5 home games- 1 playoff game (2) gate and (2)booster (2) Snack bar (2) after each game cleanup Football-5 home games- 1 playoff game (2) field gate, (1)announcer, (1) spotter and (2) after game cleanup- visitor and home sides football-4 away games(4)-chain gang required Playoff, championship, jamboree or tournament play- volunteer time will restart. **If you do not find a replacement or do not show up-your child will sit out their game-Please do not let them down. |
| Will I have to work during my child's game? | Cheer- game before, after or a compromised time-Football-during |
| What happens if I choose not to volunteer my time or miss my time? | You must find someone to replace you. If you miss your time your child may have to sit out the following game |
| How many games are there? | 9 season games plus playoffs and championships |
| Are the games on Sunday? | Due to the multi-use of High school fields, a Sunday game may occur. |
| Where do we play our games? | Home games, Roseville High-Away games-farthest away Nevada Union (Grass Valley)- |
| How do I clean the football and cheer uniforms? | DO NOT BLEACH any of the uniforms-OXYCLEAN may be used only. DO NOT DRY Football Jersey or Cheer shell in dryer, air dry only -DO NOT DRY CLEAN |
| When do I turn in the Uniforms? | Football: The Monday following the players last game. Uniforms must be clean-End of the year team parties will be appointed when all equipment is turned in and all fee's are paid in full |
| What if my child decides not to play, do I get a refund? |
Football-Full refunds are granted before July 1st. After July 1st all but $25- If your child makes the team and participates in Jamboree-NO refund is granted. Cheer-Once uniform is ordered, no refunds |

| Is my child guaranteed to play? | Football will be guaranteed a minimum of 8-12 plays depending on team size. Kids will be rotated in and out the game. It is up to coaches discretion when. Time monitors from our team and the opposing team will regulate this each game.-Does not pertain to cheer. |
| Who do I contact if I feel my child did not get his full play? | Please contact your child's coach. Because the player allotment is monitored by monitors from the opposing team and assisted by one of our parents, coaches only know how many plays are remaining by the monitors. Errors do happens. Par is a fast-paced volunteer position. Coaches do their best to put your child in the minimum required time. Some kids will play more than others. |
| Who do I contact if I have a concern? | Please give your coach the respect to resolve any concerns you may have regarding your team. The coach will contact the board if he or she feels they cannot resolve a concern. A meeting can be called to resolve any concerns if need be. If you have concern, please discuss with your coach to first. If further discussion with the board is necessary a meeting will be called. Discussing outside a coach or board present violates the parent code of ethics. Violations will be taken seriously and dismissal from the progam may occur. |
| Are the Jr Tiger's affiliated with Roseville High or the district? | Although we are a feeder program to Roseville High School, (simulate similar play scheme and support RHS) there is no affilation related to rules and regulations. Please do not contact the school. Please contact your coach and/or Board of Directors of the Roseville Jr. Tiger Program. The Jr. Tigers is a separate entity and independent to RHS/RJUHSD. |
| Who is SVUSA? | SVUSA-Sierra Valley USA League is a shell league name, where each team agrees to play with the same set of rules. Please contact your own association with any questions or concerns. |
| Can I contact USA football with concerns? | USA Football is a professional structure which gives youth football teams tools to educate players, parents, and coaches.
